All platform content, branding, software, design elements, and related materials are owned by Srealm or licensed to Srealm and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, sublicense, or create derivative works from service content without prior written permission.

5. Service changes, suspension, and termination

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time to improve performance, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, or support business operations. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is a violation of these Terms, a risk to users or systems, or a legal or regulatory requirement.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.To the extent permitted by law, Srealm and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, profits, or business interruption. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service during the period specified by applicable law.

7. Governing terms and updates

These Terms are governed by applicable laws and interpreted in accordance with relevant jurisdictional requirements, unless otherwise required by consumer protection law. We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
